Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
  • 2 cups fresh bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained and flaked salmon, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, chopped onion, melted butter, lemon juice, salt, and dill weed; mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf.
  4. Place the loaf in a greased, shallow baking dish.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with Lemony Dill Sauce and garnish as desired.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers.
