Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) can fried onion rings, crushed

Instructions

  1. Skin and bone the chicken breasts.
  2. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten egg mixture combined with milk.
  3. Then coat the chicken in crushed fried onion rings.
  4. Place the coated chicken in an 8-inch round glass dish and cover.
  5. Microwave on High for 6 1/2 to 10 minutes, rotating the dish every 4 minutes.
  6. Cut the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces before serving.
  7. This dish can be assembled ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
  8. Just microwave and serve when ready.
