Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 pork chops
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 1 c. long grain rice
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper or cayenne
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except the rice and cornstarch to a pan and cook until the mixture thickens.
  2. Serve the pork chop mixture over hot cooked rice.
