Ingredients

  • 2 lb. perch fillets
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Season fish with garlic salt and onion powder.
  2. Mix egg, milk and Tabasco.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and mustard and beat until smooth.
  4. Coat fish in batter and fry in hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes.
