Fried Pie(Apple)

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 c. chopped apples
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice apples.
  2. Cook over low heat until apples are flexible.
  3. Add sugar.
  4. Mix flour with water in jar; shake vigorously until a paste.
  5. Stir into apples; cook until quite thick.
  6. Add cinnamon and butter; mix well.
  7. Let cool before using.
