Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb Italian sweet sausage
  • water
  • juice of 2 lemons

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, add enough water to coat the bottom.
  2. Puncture each sausage with a fork to prevent bursting during cooking.
  3. Place the sausages in the skillet.
  4. Cook over low heat until the sausages are browned on both sides, about 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve the sausages with lemon juice squeezed over them.
