Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 yellow squash, sliced thin
  • 1 onion, diced
  • some okra, sliced
  • 1 ripe tomato, diced
  • 1 green tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Shake all of the vegetables, flour, and cornmeal in a large container until vegetables are coated.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet until hot, add vegetables and cook until tender.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
