Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 lb walnuts

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and sour cream in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Add walnuts and stir until the mixture begins to sugar.
  5. Pour onto waxed paper; separate and cool thoroughly.
  6. Pack in an airtight container for storage.
