Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 1/2 c buttered bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c grated American cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spinach; drain.
  2. Add chopped onion, beaten eggs, milk, and grated American cheese to the spinach.
  3. Mix well and pour into a 1-quart greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs over the top.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
