Ingredients

  • 4 c. cold water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrated, thawed
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans ginger ale, chilled
  • orange sherbet

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine cold water, thawed orange juice concentrate, ReaLemon lemon juice, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  3. Just before serving, add chilled ginger ale to the mixture.
  4. Scoop orange sherbet into glasses.
  5. Pour the juice mixture into the glasses over the sherbet and serve.
