Frosty Strawberries

Instructions
- Crush cookies into fine crumbs.
- Set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs. Mix remaining crumbs with melted butter in 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Press into pan and bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Use an electric mixer to beat egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and strawberries for 15 minutes on medium speed.
- Fold in Cool Whip. Spread strawberry mixture over cookie crust in pan.
- Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup crumbs over top.
- Freeze overnight, covered. Serve frozen.
