Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange, lemonade or pink lemonade concentrate
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 3 1/2 cups Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Beat the citrus concentrate in a large mixer bowl for about 30 seconds.
  2. Blend in the softened vanilla ice cream until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Freeze the mixture if necessary until it can mound when spooned.
  5. Spoon the filling into a prepared crust.
  6. Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Let the pie stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
