Ingredients

  • 7 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced onions
  • 1 cup chopped green pepper
  • Red pepper, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring to a boil the celery seed, sugar, and vinegar.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over the sliced cucumbers, onions, and green pepper.
  3. Add chopped red pepper if desired.
  4. Put into a container and freeze immediately.
