Ingredients

  • 1 c. dates
  • 2 c. figs
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. dried apricots
  • 1 c. nuts
  • flaked moist coconut

Instructions

  1. Grind fruit and nuts in food chopper.
  2. Moisten with orange juice and mix well.
  3. Form into desired shapes and roll in coconut. Freeze.
  4. The low concentration of sugar makes this candy especially good for children.
  5. Keep in bag in freezer for snacks.
