Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries
  • 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries, drained
  • 1 c. lemon juice
  • juice of 3 oranges

Instructions

  1. Bring sugar and water to a boil.
  2. Cool the syrup to room temperature.
  3. Mix crushed pineapple, sliced bananas, frozen strawberries, drained blueberries, lemon juice, and orange juice pulp in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooled syrup and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Freeze until firm, about 4-6 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve with 7-Up as a slush.
