Ingredients

  • 1 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 8 or 9 oz. creme de menthe
  • 8 or 9 oz. creme de cacao

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened vanilla ice cream with an electric mixer.
  2. Add creme de menthe and creme de cacao to the mixture.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream pail.
  5. Freeze until firm and ready to serve.
