Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 package chopped dates
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup pecans and/or coconut
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil butter, sugar, and chopped dates until thickened.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl with Rice Krispies, pecans, and/or coconut.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Take a teaspoon of the mixture and roll into balls.
  5. Roll each ball in powdered sugar.
  6. Place the balls on wax paper to cool and set.
