Frozen Green Salad
A creamy, tropical green salad combining pineapple, coconut, cottage cheese, and tangy Jell-O, perfect for light gatherings, potlucks, or summer desserts with a refreshing twist.

Instructions
- Dissolve the lime and lemon Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water.
- Add the crushed pineapple (including syrup) and food coloring to the Jell-O mixture and cool until syrupy.
- Mix the small curd cottage cheese, crushed pineapple, coconut, chopped nuts, creamed horseradish, light cream or half and half, and mayonnaise in a large bowl.
- Add the cooled Jell-O mixture to the other ingredients and stir well.
- Refrigerate until the salad is set, about 2-3 hours.
