Ingredients

  • 15 vanilla wafers
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom and sides of an 8 x 4-inch loaf pan with aluminum foil, extending the foil 1 inch over the edges of the pan.
  2. Arrange vanilla wafers, top side down, on the bottom of the pan, overlapping to fit.
  3. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
  4. Fold in the thawed whipped topping.
  5. Pour the mixture over the vanilla wafers in the pan.
  6. Cover and freeze for 4 hours.
  7. Invert the loaf onto a plate and peel off the foil.
