A sweet, nut-filled coffee cake with a moist bread base, brown sugar, and butterscotch pudding, perfect for breakfast or brunch gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pecans, raisins, or walnuts
  • 1 to 1 1/2 loaves frozen bread, cut into 12 pieces
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large box butterscotch pudding
  • 1 stick butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Place nuts or raisins on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Arrange bread pieces in the pan on top of the nuts or raisins.
  4. Sprinkle brown sugar and pudding mix evenly over the bread.
  5. Cut butter into pieces and distribute on top of the bread mixture.
  6. Let rise overnight for breakfast or prepare immediately for the evening meal.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
