Frozen Mud Pie
A rich and creamy frozen dessert with chocolate cookie crust and swirled chocolate ice cream, perfect for warm days and entertaining chocolate lovers. Serves 8.

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crushed cookies and sugar.
- Stir in melted butter.
- Press the mixture onto the bottom and up the sides of an ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Spoon 1 pint of softened ice cream into the crust.
- Drizzle with half of the chocolate syrup.
- Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Carefully top with the remaining ice cream.
- Drizzle with the remaining chocolate syrup.
- Swirl again with a knife.
- Cover and freeze until firm.
- Remove from the freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with whole cookies, if desired.
