Ingredients

  • 60 round buttery crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 1 (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed crackers, melted butter, and sugar. Set aside 3/4 cup of this mixture.
  2. Press the remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Set aside.
  3. Mix sweetened condensed milk and thawed orange juice concentrate in a bowl.
  4. Fold in thawed whipped topping and drained mandarin oranges.
  5. Spoon the orange mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the top.
  7. Cover and freeze until firm.
