Frozen Pickle Rounds

Instructions
- Mix pickles, onions, and salt in a large bowl.
- Cover with water and let stand for 2 hours.
- Drain the mixture.
- Mix sugar with vinegar.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over the pickles and onions; mix well.
- Transfer to containers, leaving 1/4-inch space at the top.
- Freeze the containers.
- Alternatively, can be stored in freezer bags.
- It takes 2 to 3 hours to thaw before serving.
