Frozen Wedding Punch

A refreshing, fruity frozen punch combining strawberry, lemonade, pineapple, and ginger ale, perfect for parties and warm gatherings with a delightful slushy texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. strawberry jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 large frozen lemonade and the water it calls for
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 qt. ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Mix the strawberry jello and sugar in boiling water until completely dissolved.
  2. Add the frozen lemonade along with the water it calls for to the mixture.
  3. Stir in the pineapple juice.
  4. Pour the mixture into gallon-sized freezer bags and freeze.
  5. Allow the frozen punch to thaw for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
  6. In a punch bowl, add the ginger ale to chunks of the frozen mixture.
  7. Stir until the punch is slushy and ready to serve.
