Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Cut 2 bananas into medium-sized chunks.
  2. Mash the third banana.
  3. Combine all ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
