Ingredients

  • 1 medium size can crushed pineapple
  • 2 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons Minute tapioca
  • 1 tablespoon cherry or strawberry jello
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Slowly bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Boil for a few minutes.
  4. Whip 1 cup heavy cream; add sugar and vanilla to taste.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the tapioca mixture.
