Fruit Freezes
Refreshing and naturally sweet fruit freezes combine watermelon and raspberries for a cool treat, perfect for hot days and suitable for all ages, especially fruit lovers.

- Place seedless watermelon chunks and partially thawed frozen raspberries in a blender or food processor.
- Puree until smooth.
- Pour the fruit mixture into pop molds or paper cups.
- Insert wooden sticks into each mold or cup.
- Optionally, add a dollop of low-fat vanilla yogurt on top of each before freezing.
- Freeze until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
