Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 12 oz. cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 1 small box strawberry jello
  • 15 oz. fruit cocktail, drained

Instructions

  1. Do not add water to the jello; instead, prepare the small box of strawberry jello as directed on the package, then let it cool slightly.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled jello, cottage cheese, and Cool Whip.
  3. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.
  4. Add the drained fruit cocktail (and banana if desired) to the mixture.
  5. Mix gently to incorporate the fruit evenly.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and chill until set, about 2-3 hours.
