Fruit 'N Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 c. dry cottage cheese (large curd)
  • 2/3 c. skim milk
  • 2 tsp. snipped chives
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • unsweetened mandarin orange segments
  • strawberries
  • pineapple cubes
  • peach slices

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except fruits, in blender until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Cover and chill for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. To serve, mound cheese dip in a small bowl and place on a tray with fruits for dipping.
