Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup halved seedless red grapes
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton orange yogurt
  • 1 small apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/4 cup sunflower nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine shredded cabbage, orange sections, halved red grapes, and sliced celery.
  2. Add chopped apple and orange yogurt to the mixture.
  3. Toss gently to combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. Sprinkle sunflower nuts on top if desired before serving.
