Ingredients

  • 17 oz. roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven if needed and prepare a pizza pan or similar surface.
  2. Unroll the refrigerated sugar cookie dough onto the pan and press to form a crust.
  3. Bake the cookie crust according to package instructions until golden brown, then let it cool.
  4. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add sugar and milk to the cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
  7. Top with fresh sliced fruits of your choice.
