Dave'S Deviled Potatoes
Creamy deviled potatoes with a tangy mustard and green onion topping, perfect as a comforting side dish for family dinners or gatherings.

Instructions
- Wash and cut potatoes into 4 pieces each.
- Cover with boiling water and add salt.
- Cook for 20 to 40 minutes, until tender when tested with a fork.
- Drain the potatoes.
- Add softened butter and warm milk to the potatoes and mash until free of lumps.
- Heat the sour cream in a small saucepan over a low flame.
- Add mustard and sugar to the sour cream and mix well.
- Pour the sour cream mixture over the mashed potatoes and mix well.
- Heat in a 350°F oven for 12 minutes.
