Fruit Tartlet

- Mix dough with a dough blender. When mixed, form into a ball. Put a ball of dough in a mini muffin tin and use a tart shaper to form the tartlet crust shape. Bake at 350° for 10-15 minutes. After removing from the oven, use the tart shaper to reshape the hot crust.
- Whip the cream cheese, sugar, and extract until fluffy and pipe into cooled tartlet shells. Top with fresh fruit.
