Fruit Tea Smoothie
A refreshing fruit tea smoothie blending sweet strawberries, cantaloupe, and fragrant tea, perfect for hot days or a cool, fruity snack. Suitable for all ages.

- In a teapot, pour boiling water over the tea bags. Cover and brew for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and stir in sugar and lemon juice. Chill the tea mixture.
- For each serving, in a 5-cup blender, combine 3/4 cup of the chilled tea mixture, 1 1/2 cups strawberries, 1/3 cantaloupe, and 2 1/2 cups crushed ice.
- Process at high speed until well blended.
- Garnish with fresh fruit or mint leaves before serving.
