Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl.
- Toss gently.
- Combine apple juice, yogurt, mayonnaise and sugar, stirring with a whisk until smooth.
- Pour over fruit mixture. Toss well. Serve on lettuce lined plates.
- Serves 4.
