Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease a 9 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
  3. Cook and drain the sausages.
  4. Mix Bisquick and cold water until the dough is soft and workable.
  5. Press the dough into the bottom of the prepared pan and up 1 inch on the sides.
  6. Arrange the cooked sausages in a spoke fashion on top of the dough.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the sausages.
  8. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, oregano, and pepper.
  9. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and sausages.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown and set.
