Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 pkg. miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, eggs, flour, salt, lemon juice, and juice from oranges and pineapple in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  4. Gently fold in miniature marshmallows, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and Cool Whip.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
