Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar orange marmalade
  • 1 can pitted plums

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Wash the chicken breasts thoroughly.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a small roaster and add 2 cups of water.
  4. Pour the jar of orange marmalade over the chicken.
  5. Add the can of pitted plums (including liquid) to the roaster.
  6. Cover the roaster with a lid or aluminum foil.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
