Instructions
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in cold water.
- Pour milk into a small mixing bowl.
- Add pudding mix to the milk.
- Beat with a wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
- Set the bowl of gelatin in a larger bowl of ice and water.
- Stir until slightly thickened, then whip with an electric mixer until fluffy, thick, and doubled in volume.
- Blend the pudding into the whipped gelatin.
- Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes.
- Chill until set.
- Serve with a spoonful of Cool Whip.
