Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O (any flavor) (regular or sugar-free)
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding (regular or sugar-free)

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in cold water.
  3. Pour milk into a small mixing bowl.
  4. Add pudding mix to the milk.
  5. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended, about 1 minute.
  6. Set the bowl of gelatin in a larger bowl of ice and water.
  7. Stir until slightly thickened, then whip with an electric mixer until fluffy, thick, and doubled in volume.
  8. Blend the pudding into the whipped gelatin.
  9. Pour into a serving bowl or individual dishes.
  10. Chill until set.
  11. Serve with a spoonful of Cool Whip.
