- Cook, drain, and rinse the egg noodles thoroughly.
- Mix the cooked noodles, fry chicken pieces, undiluted cream of mushroom soup, undiluted cream of celery soup, evaporated milk, and grated Cheddar cheese together.
- Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, saving some cheese for the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the casserole.
