Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cut-up dates
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and beaten eggs in a frying pan over low heat until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
  2. Add rice Krispies, vanilla, and salt to the mixture in the pan.
  3. Mix well and let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Take the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls, then roll into chopped nuts.
