Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 6 oz. baking sweet chocolate
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 1/4 c. sugar
  • 5 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/8 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Butter a 9-inch square baking dish; set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, broken sweet chocolate, chopped nuts, and Marshmallow Creme; set aside.
  3. In a 2-quart measure, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt; mix well.
  4. Microwave at high for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute.
  5. Microwave at high for 1 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
  6. Pour hot milk mixture over the chocolate mixture and stir until the chocolate melts and the Marshmallow Creme is blended.
  7. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
  8. Chill until cool and set, about 3 hours.
  9. Cut into small squares and serve.
