Ingredients

  • 2 c. cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. carrots, finely chopped
  • 2 c. apples, finely chopped
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/4 c. chopped almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl.
  2. Mix well; cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
