Ingredients

  • brown sugar
  • strong black coffee
  • Irish whiskey
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Warm glasses to prevent cracking and enhance the drinking experience.
  2. Put 1 1/2 teaspoons of brown sugar into each glass.
  3. Half fill each glass with hot, strong black coffee and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Quickly pour a good measure of Irish whiskey into each glass.
  5. Layer a little whipped cream on top before serving.
