Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 qt. blueberries, rinsed, sorted and dried
  • 4 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar with cinnamon and set aside.
  2. You can use 1 quart blueberries with 3 large Granny Smith apples, if you wish.
