- Bake the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out the potato, leaving a 1/4 inch shell.
- Place the potato shells on an ungreased baking sheet.

- Bake in an oven preheated to 425°F for 5-10 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
