Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen broccoli, carrots, and cauliflower
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Durkee onion rings

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen vegetables until tender.
  2. Drain the vegetables well.
  3. Put the drained vegetables into a casserole dish.
  4. Combine the mushroom soup and sour cream, then pour over the vegetables.
  5. Sprinkle the Durkee onion rings on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until bubbly hot.
