Ingredients

  • 14 ears white corn, husked and washed
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon bacon drippings

Instructions

  1. Cut kernels from each cob, saving all juice, and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Use the dull side of a knife to scrape each cob over the bowl to release all the milky juice.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients, except bacon drippings, and mix well.
