Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
  • 3/4 c. 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 pkg. white sauce mix
  • 1 c. low-fat shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 can Durkee French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Put vegetables in a 2-quart microwavable bowl.
  2. Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
  3. Add milk, white sauce mix, cheese, and half of the fried onions.
  4. Microwave, covered, on High for 8 minutes.
  5. Stir once and sprinkle remaining fried onions on top.
  6. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute.
