Garlic Bagel Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 plain bagels, cut horizontally into 4 to 6 slices each
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Place bagel slices on baking sheet. In small bowl, combine oil and garlic.
  3. Brush onto slices. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
  5. Yield:
  6. 8 to 12 chips.
